After several years of successful wine making, we’ve taken the leap into creating our first hard cider.Owner and winemaker, John Kroupa has spent the past year perfecting his recipe and we are thrilled to announce it’s release this weekend in celebration of Blossom Day.

Our debut hard cider is finished in a traditional English style, made entirely from Michigan apples, some of which are from right here on Old Mission Peninsula. Its light sweetness and light carbonation will refresh the palette.

Currently, hard cider will be available on tap at the tasting room by the glass. Stop in and give it a try today!
